Our first Peace Pole is on the map!
Rotary Club of Carlsbad installed our first Peace Pole on October 19, 2023 at Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation Discovery Center in Carlsbad. Find us on the Peace Pole map!
It was the highlight of the celebration for our club’s 84th year (established on 10.19.1939)! Agua Hedionda welcomes the public all year and serves over 8,500 children from 13 school districts in the community. The Peace Pole will be enjoyed by thousands for years to come encouraging thoughts and conversations about peace. May Peace Prevail on Earth!
